v1.40.2

October 2026

Icons redesigned across the app: solid glyphs with soft corners, like those of modern music players
Renewed lyrics screen: lines fade with distance, a moving background in the cover colours, a glow on the sung line, your choice of font and alignment, duets and backing vocals, breathing pauses and a reading mode
A more compact Featured tab: greeting with the mix of the moment, suggested songs in two columns with preview, Continue listening, A year ago, Rediscover and your moods; reorder or hide blocks
Library: a Genres tab with coloured cards, a header with the total and shuffle, an A-Z index, grid view for Albums and Artists, and tabs you can reorder or hide
Songs: sort by title, artist, album, year, duration, date, plays or last played, with group titles and filters (favorites, never played, lossless, this month)
Fixes: the app no longer closes when moving between library tabs, and fast scroll reaches Z instead of ending under the mini player
Fixes: library titles no longer turn dark on the dark theme when the song changes, and This week no longer shows unknown artists
